There needs to be a national data base on these kind of diguesting people so they cannot adopt rescue or buy dogs ever again.
admire this policeman not only because he cared ,you could hear it in his voice, but he maintained control and was totally appropriate, as an Officer of the Law should be

In this weather! I don’t leave my husky outside for more than 15 minutes at a time. If she wants to stay out longer, my ass is out there with her. Our dogs have cold water for their short trips outside.
The only suitable punishment is for him to be trapped inside the same vehicle for the same amount of time with his mouth duct taped shut. If he survives, he will also have a felony charge and will be banned for owning animals for life.
Thank God for those security guards and law enforcement for stepping in to save the dog may that pos rot in jail so he cannot harm another animal

They didn't even mention that it couldn't pant since it had it's mouth taped shut, which is how dogs regulate their temperature! Hopefully he goes to prison and is never allowed an animal again!

I hope his punishment comprises of wearing two thick winter coats and making him sit in a sauna at 120 degrees for two hours with his mouth taped shut. But that is wishful thinking. He will not even get a jail sentence for this horrendous CRIME. Because we just don’t think enough of animals even though we claim to adore them.

The judge should throw the book at that man. lock him up in a car for 3 hours and see how he likes it. How stupid human beings can be to lock in animal in a car any given time in the heat and specially in Las Vegas yeah he should not be allowed to ever own a pet again. And yes I am angry.
