    എനിക്ക് എപ്പോഴും problem വരുന്നത് evening snack ഇലാണ്. B. F, lunch control ആയി പോകും. B. F -ragi /wheat items, lunch – rice. Dinner – ashguard -banana smoothie without milk. Evening ഇൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും rice flour വെച്ചുള്ള B. F. Options കഴിക്കാൻ പറ്റുമോ. എൻറെ diet ഇന്റെ താളം തെറ്റുന്നത് evening ഇലാണ്. എന്താണ് ആ സമയത്തു healthy ആയി കഴിക്കാൻ പറ്റുക. ആ സമയത്ത് ഒന്നും കഴിച്ചില്ല എന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ dinner heavy aakano chips kazhikkano ഒക്കെ സാധ്യത ഉണ്ട്. Pls help me and reply me.
