  5. hey! I'm a figure skater and so I have a pretty lean u[pper body but then a lot of muscle on my thighs/leg area. I'm trying to make my legs slimmer and more toned. do you have any tips for me or workouts that you do for your legs that get them toned? please let me know!!

    How do you do that ? How are you refreshing? Where do you turn to for ideas?

    I am a fresh mother to a 9 month old baby, and I feel that the mothers sucked me and the relationship went to a Gray place , SoI would like to refresh. Make more of it.

  15. Your tips are so helpful. Thank you so much for always posting such amazing content. Also, I agree with moving a lot. You mentioned biking as a HIIT training and it just made me realise that I pretty much do it every morning and afternoon to cycle to and from school. It's a 6 km cycle from my home (6 there and 6 back) and I always push myself to go faster. So maybe busy students should try cycling to school too if they are in an area where cars would pay attention to cyclists? I notice that it really helps me stay in shape and I put on a pound if I don't do it for 2 days even.

  16. I have lost 154 lbs have kept it off for 30 yrs.  I truly love your videos Annie, you are right we all need to feed ourselves with good information and keep ourselves motivated by remembering how we used to feel in that body.  I still feed myself thru researching, thank you.

  18. hey Annie – I dont know how you do it, but you ALWAYS come through for me in exactly the right time, when I desperately need to hear all of your wise words and experience and amazing tips that put me back in to a place of peace and self respect and smart action. instead of this crazy diet fad I was on resulting in massive deprivation, zero weight loss and negative self talk that have just escalated in a huge binging and self hating day today. just before I felt like crap and totally lost, now I know my way again – only because of you. thank you sooo much from the bottom of my heart! I LOVE YOU!!
