  1. Can you make a Video about shaping your Body into an hourglas figure, please? My Body is pretty similar to how yours was and I need a bit of Inspiration 🥰

  2. How did you target the lower ab/ lower belly pooch area? I am struggling so hard with that area! 🙁 it keeps me so discouraged!

  3. This is very inspiring and I can relate to so much of how you used to feel. I hope one day I get myself to start the gym again, because I know it would change my life and my issues with confidence/happiness. It’s hard because I feel so lost and I don’t know where to start and I don’t want to keep failing. I know so many people feel this way and I just wonder how they eventually figure it out because I feel as if I never will unless I find a personal trainer but I don’t have the money for that :/ hopefully one day I will figure it out.

  4. Wow goals!! Thanks for this vid so helpful. I’ve just started out I’ll be blogging over at check it out 🙂

  24. Omg when you said obsessing about fitness I was thinking that's me atm nearly every day lol social media doesn't help either when you see everyone with big bums and I want that too. But i completely agree it's more about the mind too, i have cerebral palsy and depression and going to gym really makes me feel good and strong. I'm so glad you did this video. Lots of love xx

  31. Ketogenic isn't a "diet" it's a lifestyle and it works wonderful for certain people, especially for more clinical reasons. We don't actually need as many carbs as we think and they can be harmful for many because of it's inflammatory properties. But again, some people do just fine with carbs, I just never reccomend processed carbs (bread, pasta, etc.) in large quantities, or with every meal. Your body does not like it as much as you think it does. High quality ancient grains are a better option, but still in small quantities. Get those veggie carbs in, those are your friend 🙂

Also I am a PT and studying to be an RDN, registered dietitian/nutritionist, so I'm not just making it up 🤣. Love you Megg!!!!💕

  32. I wish I could show you my progress from 2012!!! My journey is almost exactly the same and it's crazy to me that I weigh almost the same in both photos but my shape is complete different

  33. Hey 👋🏻 I accidentally stumbled over this video and I’m so glad that I did. I loved listening to your story and have found it very inspiring. I owned a woman’s only gym for 7 years but unfortunately had to close 2 years ago due to being diagnosed with fibromyalgia and deteriorating quite quickly over the last two years of owning the business. I’m 46 and would say I was at my peak fitness and the most happy with my body 5/6 years ago but my god it’s not taken long to lose everything and more over this last few years. I feel so unmotivated and I’m so weak but can’t seem to push myself to do anything about it. With fibro comes chronic fatigue so that doesn’t help and if I do exercise it’s so important that I pace myself so that I don’t flare and end up not being able to do anything for weeks. I’ve joined the gym at my local college where my husband works and had my induction 3 weeks ago but haven’t been back because I’ve just been too tired. I frustrate myself and I’m definitely not happy in myself, I don’t really have a life and yet I know pushing myself to go and develop a routine would help with all of that. I think I’m in a funk and I’m really not sure how to get out of it so any advice would be greatly appreciated. xx

  34. Your body is GOALS!!!’👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 just WOW😍
