How is that murder, in Florida this man is a hero
All I know is I was rooting for the elderly man. Whatever the courts decide is on them. But I think there is something very wrong with attacking an elderly man. He appeared to be calmly conducting a transaction when he was struck. Glad he is out on bond.
Hold on. His "baby mama" is on welfare, and can't afford a bag of $3 chips. She takes offence when those chips are taken from her and calls "her ni gga" (her words, not mine) to come and assault a pensioner because of it. Her ni gga (a convicted criminal out on bail) arrives in a $350.00 dollar T shirt, and instead of just paying for the chips and apologising, trespasses behind the counter and assaults an old man.
This man defends himself, and he's the one who gets charged?
How about the baby mama for inciting it all, and for stabbing the clerk with her own knife that SHE brought to the store?

We need more people like this bodega worker step up to the criminals. Maybe they'll think twice before entering a store to commit a crime. No charges should be filed on the worker. It's self-defense, the video demonstrates that.
Not even in NY could a jury convict this man. Or at the very worst suspended sentence.

Mia Simmons, a 20 year old woman, stabbed and killed another woman who had pepper sprayed and began punching her after an argument. This occurred in Brownsville BK, NYC a few years ago. She was charged with murder as well. Very similar circumstances imo and indicative of New York not respecting the concept of self defense.
That DA needs to be recalled; these idiots like the San Fran DA are putting the lives of criminals above those that contribute to society in meaningful ways like operating a business that serves a community. End the career of this "woke" DA before he spreads his illogical illness to others. Do it, do it now.
There's the full video out there. Stabbing and everything that led up to it. Will be totally exonerated. Classic self defense situation. The perp was trying to remove him from behind the counter by his neck, after slamming him against the wall and standing over him with his fists clinched. It was only after he was grabbed and taken towards the exit that he pulled his knife. He tried in vain to diffuse the situation. Room temp ex con didn't want to hear it.
