Big surprise. I think more tax breaks for the wealthy, defund the EPA, FDA, ATF etc. etc. Produce more coal and oil. Maybe straight Christian only drinking fountains. That should solve it.

I am from Montreal, Quebec and the situation here is a lot better than in New York even tho the fires are here in Quebec. New York is just not lucky that the air got all the smoke to its direction.

Last week, there was smoke where I live in Southern Ontario Canada, about an hour north of Detroit. The sun appeared dim and pink all day long, haze was heavy and you could smell it. The images coming from NYC look 10x worse. Just wow. I sure hope things get better soon. Maybe the wind will change and blow it out to sea.
