NYPD Would Like To Interview 'Person Of Interest' Related To Rice Cooker Scare | NBC News

The New York Police Department are looking to interview a “person of interest” who may be responsible for placing two or three rice cookers around Manhattan. The rice cookers were determined to not be explosives.
