3:50 "The police is not doing enough". San Fransisco PD is greatly understaffed. They are missing in the districts around 520 officers, and standing to lose 300 more soon. There are only 830 officers at the districts in SF. At any give time, only around 300 is out on patrol, and that stands to get even lower.
The police academies are graduating the lowest numbers these days, and have been for a long time. No one wants to be a cop, even though the pay can be good, and early retirement. The hatred and animosity, the stress, the poor education, the vastness of tasks they have to straddle everyday. The left is getting their wish answered, fewer cops, and more socialworkers. Good luck.
