Police Say Rapper Takeoff Was An 'Innocent Bystander' On Night Of Fatal Shooting



Houston police held a press conference where they announced the arrest of two men in connection to the fatal shooting of Migos rapper Takeoff. Houston Police Department Sgt. Michael Burrow detailed the events at 810 Billiards & Bowling leading up to the shooting, saying that Takeoff was an “innocent bystander.”
