  1. he served military and stuff like that is drilled into him how could he forget especially when he has four other kids he should be charged with life. I know I have never once forgot about my kids sorry dude I'm not buying what your selling.

  2. I'm sorry…I'm not convinced…Twins!!!… this dude looks like he wouldn't forget his cell phone…so how you forgot TWINS!!!…" I thought I dropped them off at the daycare"…dig deeper prosecutors!

  3. I Agree. Justice is Punishment tempered with Mercy! I'm so glad the Prosecutor has HUMANELY seen this for what it really is : A horrendous accident!

There is nothing the Justice System could do to this man, that could be worse than his OWN CONSCIENCE, has already done! He may never recover from the guilt, and self-blame! I hope he's okay, eventually!

His wife, who knows him best, has forgiven him! A heart of gold, with love and compassion! I hope for the best for both of them! Such a tragedy, and so heartbreaking, truly!

    R.I.P. Sweet Children! ❤👶🏼👼🏼❤

  4. Demons. The older son is having none of it.

  5. Now they are passing legislation.. neat. How convenient eh? 👌🏼 #fakenews

  6. This is a fabricated staged news event. No one died. The story line itself is silly and see-through B.S. wake up unconscious public.

  7. I wonder if there was an insurance policy on those twins? How a woman can stand by this man is beyond belief a real mother would be lashing out at him regardless if it was accidental or not

  8. They shouldn't be on his side! He knew better these are his 5th kids! Send a message burning your child to death is pain and suffering for the baby! Send him to jail show that you cannot get away with things like this

  9. Yea ok….. two kids in the back of your car and you don't hear them at all…..FOH

  10. He will never forgive himself. Prosecuting him is as bad as prosecuting the woman who illegally voted and got 5 years.

  11. 0:15 You can see the genuine pain in his eyes, no prison you put him in will be greater than that pain. Some time should be severed, but as a nation and world, we should agree that a life sentence behind bars may be a bit overkill in THIS situation.

  12. Sorry I am not buying it, I was a single mom of twins. Sleepless nights and never once did I leave my kids in a HOT CAR. I just don't get it.

  13. The guy has already paid the most severe price he ever could.
What is the point of prosecuting him.
You telling me not one passerby could break out a window ?
