  7. So, everyone forgot the huge oil spill from deep drilling in the gulf years ago. They used an oil dispersant that caused the oil to sink below the surface. Now they reap what they have sown. The oil moves from weather's forces and kills all life in it's way.

  13. Skin the water with a sheer net similar to the filtration of a home brew with a cheese cloth. Pump it into a vessel designed for filtration and pump it t back into the ocean. This is a solid material right? This is an industry waiting to happen.
