Question,, If priority was given by the courts with regards to Amendment 14, section 3, & was found & upheld to be constitutional law & passed so by the judiciary system, would this clearance now standing as the law, not remove automatically all those in office who were found to have supported or were some way involved in the planning of the coup from office. If that was the case would this not saved the country from a shutdown as the majority of the Republican Party that are still in office & holding the country to ransom would have to be removed by law asap.
