  1. His defense?? What??? Exculpatory? Oh yeah! I believe that. Sounds like trying to traumatize her further on the stand.

  2. The reason why they don't want to testify because there were involved in the killing of their roommates I ain't buying it that one person did all the killings he had help the truth will come out.

  3. ok what ? The roommate who was sleeping ?

  4. I bet she is involved with the murders

  5. Why are so many people not getting this? Do people really not understand the difference between the defense and the proseuction? I can't even with people anymore! Its like having an adult conversation with a 2 year old.

  6. THEY WANT HER TO DEFEND THE MAN NOT HER ROOMMATES.LEARN HOW TO READ

  7. The same one that waited 12 hours to call the police in the first place isn't cooperating? Shock

  8. I dont understand why wouldnt she testify

  9. She is fighting testifying at the preliminary hearing. I don't blame her. Why don't they do a grand jury hearing, this would not be an issue if so. She is the victim in this too. She will most likely have to testify at the trial and be face to face Kohberger at that time…that is enough.

  10. I need to go to Idaho ❤

  11. It's giving guilty AF 🥱💅.

  12. Bro this guy is like a mastermind at being a villan. He clearly did all this and he's trying to forcefully bring the survivors to court to face their fears.

    That's scary ASF

  13. We Still Do Not Know The Truth About This Case, About These Two Other Roommates That Saw The Killer And Did Not Do Anything Did Not Call The Police Until Four Of Their Roommates Were Dead For Many Hours Later, It Is Very Very Suspicions…Lots To Explaining Still…

  14. Who cares!! We are tired of this nonsense!!!

  15. These serial killers should have a Public Pretender who puts as much effort into defending their clients as they do for shoplifting.

  16. I understand how going to court and facing that stress and trauma is not easy. But you’d think if someone cared about their now dead friend, they would face that to bring her justice. Very strange case all around too

  17. Naw, she doesn't need to testify. It's not like anybody died. Just get more KMEX tats and use cliched descriptions about her roomates like "She lit up a room".

  18. She probably knew what was going to happen. She was in on it.

  19. His Defense Lawyers are trying to trap her.

  20. Seen bro I knew this girl totally had something to do with it

  21. What actually happened, what the police say, what the courts say, most of all what the media says are all very different things

  22. He’s going to walk , the evidence against him is flimsy at best .
Also these girls need to get on the stand if they really want to put this guy away .

  23. That subpoena is mandatory, that’s why they do it they probably ask first but they refused

  24. I don’t feel bad for her she doesn’t even want to try and help her friends get Justice!

  25. So many people in these comments with such strong opinions on a matter they clearly know absolutely nothing about. Absolutely ridiculous.

  26. You don’t need to FIGHT it, you can go in the stand and refuse to answer every question.
“ I exercise my fifth amendment privilege” to every question.
Since everyone loves to have rights in this country, use em

  27. I guess it's his way of messing with her mind.
She was in shock and intoxicated during the murders.

  28. Just goes to show they were all just mere acquaintances.
She ain't talkin til she signs the movie rights.
Wonder who she has picked out to portray her?

  29. She's hiding something. If she can clear him of those murders why wouldn't she do that. Will they let an innocent man go to prison, death penalty to save her n her family reputation.

  30. Oh this entire case is so devastating and heart breaking . I can’t even imagine being the one who was left to survive with out injury .

  31. We have seen nothing that indicates that she is refusing to testify. Rather, her attorneys are moving to quash a subpoena that was improperly obtained and procedurally deficient.

  32. That seems pretty shady on her part.

  33. I believe this is Bryan Kohberger doing. I bet he instructed his attorney to subpoena her. He was told he couldn't have any contact with any of these people, and in his mind, this is a way to relive his crime and be defiant in a slick twisted way to torture her.

  34. Something isn't right. The whole thing is off with those roommates and timeline after the crime was committed. At least that's the way it looks.

  35. That’s “justice” for ya. It’s a carnival and a shame

  36. And would this witness pay for her own attorney’s fees?

  37. Listen carefully people. The defense wants her to testify not the prosecution. She doesn’t want to help the defense
