Would you buy a business without looking over the books? Musk didn't get what he has by being stupid. An accurate count on the bots is essential since bots don't buy products and Twitter's income is generated though ad sales. Also the algorithms showing followers is probably adjustable and capable of ignoring actual figures based on a scale of how the programmers feel about the person in question.
This is soooo simple, pay attention here…

2. The purchase offer/deal is void because…
3. Fraud vitiates everything!
