It is bad not just looks bad. They are blatantly profiting from insider.information at the expense of everyone else. It is corruption plain and simple and the Pelosi's aren't alone. If WE each take a close look at what they have made legal for their profit from their positions you will be disgusted especially when you pay higher taxes AND higher costs while more and more Americans don't pay taxes at all. 15 months ago a bipartisan group of congressmen and Senators, ranging from the far right to the far left, wrote to Biden asking him to pass the bill subsidizing chip manufacturing in the US. There has never been any doubt that it would become law. Paul Pelosi bought a call option less than two months ago. He did not act on inside information that the chip law would pass because everyone knew it would pass. And had known that since April 2021.
