  5. Number 1 thing I do to eat less is drink a cold brew black coffee. I suppresses my appetite all day. I do eat one meal a day but I jump rope before and after I eat. My diet is more keto based. I eat meat, avocados, and veggies. This routine has helped me kick the hunger for sure (coffee and exercise). Thank you jump rope dudes for making these awesome videos. Peace

  6. the only fitness guy who keeps on promoting importance of nutritions and calorie deficit. those fake fitness guru keeps on promoting their meal replacement, targeted workout etc, these guys being super honest – you can't outrun bad diet.. -best advice ever JRD.

  7. Jumping rope is such an eco friendly choice. Too many machines end up in land fields after 5 years. So many machines electronics are made to break down so that people upgrade and keep spending at the expense of our planet.

  8. I used to walk to the recreational centre near my house (half hr walk) then spend a couple hours swimming. That usually left me in a good mood cause my main problem is stress eating and I was at 135. Since corona I’ve gained 80 lbs and feel like shit. I’m about to try this out 💯

  13. My wife brought me a CrossFit jump rope and I swear it’s the best thing ever compared to them cheap ropes i was using! I’m focusing on more endurance and longer jumps. And stop getting my foot caught up in the rope. I jump rope 30secs and then rest 15 seconds and back at the top for about 10-15mins great way to burn cals and drop fat I love it

  14. I am 68 1/2 years old and I do 135 jumps in one minute with a one-pound crossrope. How does that rate? How many sets should I do each day?

  16. I overheard about jumping rope while at the hospital. A female nurse said she does about 20 Minutes a day. I thought wow she looks great. We'll last night, I jump roped in the garage for just 5 minutes on top of my 1 hr weight training workout. Wow what a cardio workout.

    been doing 30 minutes for 5 times per week .
    This week increased to 40 mins jump rope .
