  11. Tech doesn't need to sit in some office cubicle farm…it's all those interface directly with the customer/clients than need the "sit" space.

  12. Mr. Wonderful hyped FTX cryptocurrency right before the collapse. Pathetic interview Larry.

  13. We all love Barbara, and trust her

  14. 03:10 – it is only matter of time when employers realize they can hire to work "from home" someone from India for a fraction of a salary they pay to American employees "working from home". Coming to office inside the US was the only reason why they still had to employ Americans. Big wave of unemployment is coming.
07:20 – Oh come one, could Larry kiss Kevin's @ss already?

  15. 7:19 "Because you're the smartest businesses investor we know". Doesn't say much for Fox News if Kevin O'smeary is the go-to guy.

  16. No credibility O’Leary

  17. More Theater of the Absurd as usual.

  18. O'Leary is woker than woke on Shark Tank. He supports trans, lgbtq nonsense, and "diversity equity inclusion." He invests in those types of nonsense brands that make "onesies with pouches" for toddlers.

  19. Leary is POO-POO

  27. For the past couple of years mostly, there has been so much bragging about commercial everything making the majority of people feel as though they are less and less as a person when listening to the media.
So much so that as an average person, I couldn't care less about the comnercial real estate falling in Its own poo poo. It is deserved. I still live frugally and moderately and your are wrong to think I believe the fall of commercial real estate is going to affect the average person much. It is not.
If all the so called experts and CEO's were so wise and smart our overall economy would not be making the lie and moderate income earner suffer so much. Not the middle class and upper class because the model being used for the US economy is like the biggest pyramid scan ever.

  28. COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTUAL YOU DIP SHITS BUBBLE IS GOING TO BLOW UP IN YOUR FACES GET READY TO WATCH ALL THESE REALESTATE GURUS CRY LIKE THE LITTLE BITCHES THEY ARE
JOEFLATION IS HERE AND YOU ARE TOO LATE THE DAMAGE IS DONE

  29. Remembering Dominion!
FOX SNOOZE WE KNOW WHAT YOU ARE. 😮

  30. Convert these potentially abandoned commercial real estate to residentials. Let the price of housing fall.

I own my home, but it would be awesome to see the price fall for everyone else.

  31. They are correct that land can’t go to $0. Which is yet another reason we need a Land Value Tax rather than Property Tax

  32. AI will also eclipse the need for large commercial spaces filled with employees.

  33. so there is hope that all the skyscrapers blocking out the sun will be removed

  34. …unless you live in Chicago.

  35. "Family values," from my zoom videos

  36. Honestly, if people are going that route of turning their homes into cubicles, so to speak, I’d think a wise way to save/salvage the value of the buildings in existence is to simply convert them into residences where appropriate. Some folks might want to keep a traditional office separation from home and if it ends up being the major executives that crowd into one building and share floors in the high-rise of what used to be a company workplace where people came in, that might be good too. I can see either route being a topic of conversation amongst executives, however, they might just make them residences in a massive renovation overhaul.
