A Moscow court has declined an appeal by Evan Gershkovich against his pre-trial detention. The court’s press service announced the decision without any explanation. It’s been nearly six months since Gershkovich’s arrest on spying charges that he denies. NBC News’ Claudio Lavanga reports.

It's hilarious when the US thinks that in Russia courts, there is such a thing as Not Guilty. It's either Guilty, or Less Guilty. There is not such thing as innocent until proven guilty, it's "you have to prove innocence and you might get a lesser sentence if you do".
