  1. What are your thoughts on the evolution of 'rugby' tackling?

  2. And people wonder why there was so many brain injuries in football over so so many years..

  3. Clear, thorough review of modern American football tackling. Bravo coach Meyer.

  4. sorry rugby players top 8 countries forwards especailly tackle like chris spileman. playing pratical joke on u or art war trick make america fairies snowflakes.

  5. 2 nfl teams wanted me linbacker im best rugby player ever played england my year won world cup, rugby is like 1st thing u said chris spileman tackle like chris for football and rugby, we go to make thier head juice burst open like u just popped a zit, thats rugby

  6. chris spileman would be tied 2nd best rugby player all time some might tie him only 1 might be better, besides me hed be tied 1st pick

  7. Now imagine if we took pads out of football then everyone would be scared to lead with the head hahaha

  8. Ok now this explain's why everyone is trying to jump over people nowadays .

  9. The pads and helmet have no give. The tackling targets the head. Rugby tackling with leather pads/helmet would force the players to tackle in a manner that would protect the head, rather than head on, full speed targeting. These targeting penalties are killing college football. Players are being ejected for non intentional tackling. It's a joke. Go back to rugby style tackling and softer pads, if you want to lessen concussions. Which I am for. They are working around the issue instead of tackling it, head on, ironically.

  10. Nice piece. Interesting to see how the evolution of the sport is ongoing. Good to see some concepts form rugby joining. I think this can go a long way to making the sport safer as you said and more imitable by kids and amateurs. Which can then increase its popularity around the world.

  11. I love this series. Urban is so knowledgable is Reggie Bush is very well spoken they bring a lot of insight to how the game works.
