In my video, Weight Loss Coach Reacts to Diet Advice on TikTok, I review 10 tiktoks which give out diet advice. As a weight loss coach it really bothers me that people who are not qualified are giving out weight loss tips and diet plans on the internet. In this video I feature the egg diet for weight loss, a weight loss tiktok drink, the famous tiktok metabolism drops, and various
weight loss diets.

I get genuinely stressed because I just want everyone to get the results they're looking for in a healthy way.   5. Honestly disappointed in Krysmay, she usually puts out good information on the body for developing people (esp around vaginal health and similar) so to see her spout such tips is heartbreaking. You're allowed food.

  13. its hard to imagine the cuisine of Italy without tomatoes but tomatoes were originally from the Americans. Italians didn't even know that tomatoes exist until the like the 16th century that's just fuckin weird

  14. It frustrates me when people get into fad diets without nutritional guidance from a professional. I cringe at the word "keto" at this point; I know it's rare, but people messing with trying to enter ketosis don't realize the risk they run of going into ketoacidosis at some point. Even if that's not a factor, there's missing necessary nutrients potentially by just doing things yourself without guidance. UGH.

  23. I wish I had watched this before experiencing severe abdominal pain from overeating certain foods. I’ve learned that there are certain foods that once they are in my reach, I just binge and don’t know how to stop. And not only that, give me severe and painful indigestion. I’ve learned now that it’s okay to restrict those foods because of how much they hurt me but it took me 3 months to learn that. At least I’ve learned it though! And thank you for saying only to restrict foods if they mess with your digestive system.
