  7. PEOPLE, THE POINT IS TO LOSE FAT AND GET MUSCLES. You need diet plan and training plan for that! I visited website called Agoge Diet, they provided me with personalized diet plan and training plan. The results are amazing!!!

  9. Ok, so to be realistic….as a beginner cook, this took me 3 hours!! The oatmeal was a bit bland (still edible), the guidelines for cooking quinoa were off (should use 2 cups instead of 3 cups water to 1 cup quinoa). However, some of the meals I loved and will definitely make again! Surprisingly, the black bean sandwich was delicious (I'm going to add some avocado to it to make it more filling) and the pasta was great. Loved the pancakes. Overall, I'm definitely going to be making more of your meals. I definitely would give yourself more than a hour to cook, unless you have a magic elf prepping and cleaning everything for you 😜

  15. I just started. So far the three meals I've eaten are so filling and tasty. I don't think I have room for the cookies or smoothie yet. I prepped for hours because I was unorganized. My printer isn't working so I had to follow the video pausing numerously. Thank you so much for this. I think I can stick to this.

For 3 weeks of utilizing the plans, I get rid of TWELVE lbs Needless to say I work out once or twice a week, and eat good food. It showed wonderful outcomes for me.   20. Since i discovered your videos iam watching them every day. THEY ARE AMAZING! The way you are showing and explaining how you cook and prepare the food it is so easy and so understandable. They way i see all this in rhe video i can easyly remember..Really nobody does it tve way you do it. I am doing a healthy diet since 3 month and normaly i dont enjoy cooking something for s diet but recipies are so easy and great looking that makes me feel to start immediatly. One question: oatmeal was never on my diet plan and i never dare to eat oats with banana and peanut butter for breakfast because i always thought that it is to gain weight. Can you really assure me that i can eat it now although before i never did. I lost 10 kilos now but i had only one wholeweet toast with turkey. I am looking forward to reaf from you. Thanks so much !   25. Wow, nice video! I always prep my meal for better dieting plans. But it takes a lot of my time to get it done… I combine the weight loss meal plan with exercise and also I am on the supplement from Vanguard Formulas for extra boost! So far has been great! 10LBs in 2 weeks! Gotta keep on going!
