My name is Gianna Sciortino, and this is my story. Throughout my life I have suffered with obesity due to Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. My weight affected my life tremendously both physically and physiologically no matter where I went or what I did.

When I realized how unhappy and unhealthy I was, and the lack of self love I had, I knew that I needed to make a change for no one but myself.

With having PCOS, no matter how healthy I ate, or how much I exercised, I was never able to lose weight.

I decided to get the gastric sleeve as a tool, along with continuing to eat heathy and work out. I lost a total of 120 lbs. Your health and your happiness are the main two things that you need in life.

My goal throughout my transformation was not to be that “skinny pretty girl”, but to find inner peace with myself and love myself for who I am.

I hope that my story can help you with not only weight loss, but with anything that you’re going through or trying to pursue in life. Thank you so much for all of your support. I hope you enjoy!

  1. I am doing 16 hours per Daily Intermittent Fasting & have lost approximately 5 kilos or 11-12 lbs in the last 40-45 days WITHOUT ANY EXERCISE. My stomach bloating problem has also gone down a little bit. ……. *** LOSING WEIGHT SLOWLY THROUGH FASTING MAKES YOU AVOID GETTING LOOSE SKIN **

  2. WARNING::: –: NEVER EVER EVER EVER do Stomach Stapling Surgery. ….. Do Water Fasting, or 16 hours per day daily fasting, or 22 hours per day daily fasting. FASTING heals your body from the inside and also makes you lose weight

It's so sad society treats overweight people like they have the plaque and are contagious, they don't understand the struggles we have for the fear of being judged for being different how our bodies process the same foods and we gain weight all the while the "skinny" people right next to us eating the same foods!! I am happy for you finally feeling accepted for who you are! Stay being you!

  8. It’s all fake she used weight loss surgery. When I was fat it’s horrible to dress up and all fat sticking out. Dancing and singing in public is so embarrassing how did u do it? I never done that when I got fat during pregnancy.

  15. I’ve gained 30 lbs in like 6 months and found out this past July I Have PCOS . I totally understand you . I’m trying to lose weight now ! This inspired me to keep going because I get down and want to give up because I’m working soo hard ! Thank you !

  17. I’m doing a life changing journey! Intermittent fasting!!! 18/6 and 3 weeks in 12lb lost!!!! I’m so happy because I’m learning self discipline self love and self control. Not a diet but a mental life change❤️

  18. Ok so I have to ask because I see that there are some signs that you may have had augmented your body after weightloss. I just have to know so I can get a clear understanding of what is practical and realistic and what is not. It wouldnt be right to say that everything is natural if there has been some "work" done. I cant afford surgery as well as many other people. Can your results be achieved going the all natural route as well? I have only about 30 lbs to lose but even then I dont think my body would look like yours. I believe I would lose my breasts. Also do you have loose skin? The only tell tale sign that you were over weight shows in the face. The skin there seems a little loose. Please dont be offended by what I ask what you have achieved is great. The struggle to lose weight is intense.

    Never be like “everyone else”.. you are yourself, you are you, you are unique in your own way. Never be like the people who bring you down. Always be yourself.
