The most important thing to achieve a weight loss goal is to follow the correct training patterns and techniques.

What all exercises, how many a number of sets, how many repetitions to be done is what you should know. This video explains all these things.

There will be 3 videos in total for the entire weight loss workout series. This is Day 1 and you can start following the exercises if you are on weight loss journey.
