  14. Try driving in the middle of the night in the mountain with extreme fog and wind meanwhile the rain creates a river on the road. Knowing if you do any mistake you will fall off the mountain.

If we use our reasoning and common sense, neither the driver nor those who were requesting help should not be on the streets because everyone was warned about the arrival of Hurricane "Ida" many days in advance. Today we have the advantage that technology gives us so that we do not have to make mistakes that can cost us our lives. Think about it.
