  7. I don't like this because I feel that you have to enjoy the food you eat so that it can work well for your body. You say you hate the taste of vinegar and don't like the apple so there's no point consuming it as your putting negative energy into it by not enjoying it so it's not really going to do your body any good at all.

  13. Some of this advice is definitely accurate, but don't discount talking to a doctor if you think you have any issues. A healthy body with a balanced diet will take care of your gut without the need for this level of hyper-focus. A year ago I was diagnosed with systemic lupus and celiac disease, and healing from years of damage to my intestines has definitely required constant effort. So, eat a balanced diet, and if you feel you have problems, talk to a pro! Gut health is more than just a cleanse. Some great pieces of advice in this vid, tho

  14. Something that makes ACV delicious is putting it in a cup of bone broth. Just fill your mug with broth and add 1 Tbsp of ACV. Yum!
    You couldn’t pay me to eat a green apple! LOL I hate bitter foods. Cooked apples actually feed your gut biome better. Cut up apples and boil in a pot of water for 8 minutes (1/3 water to apples). Add cinnamon and raisins.
    There, 2 yucks turned into yums. 😀💕

  17. I have leaky gut and pathogens which are overgrown in my gut. I struggle every day with my energy and I get terrible symptoms from certain foods. It really is debilitating. I don’t have a social life. I can’t eat chocolate or anything with sugar whether it’s artificial or natural. If I do I get chronically fatigued which can last for 3 days. An anti inflammatory diet is the only way to get better if u have digestive issues because ur gut is inflamed. Fasting and eating anti inflammatory foods gets the inflammation down.

    In regards to the acv, a cap full in water is enough. Juice defeats the purpose. U don’t have to have so much acv. And do it every morning as soon as u wake up

  18. Great video!! Just be careful with the consumption of manuka honey. Because of its antibiotic properties, it can cause your body to become antibiotic resistant.

  19. red meat is not bad for your gut, where did you come up with that…. you realize why you're trying to increase your HCl ? that breaks down meat

  20. onions are antibiotic and will kill good and bad gut bacteria. also salmon isn't gut healing. only the skin part and the fat/collagen right under it.

  23. Also , Apple cider vinegar is very acidic and can damage tooth enamel so just make sure to at least rinse your mouth after taking it if you choose to do so 👌👌

  32. You shouldn't take probiotic on an empty stomach….and especially not after drinking apple cider vinegar..the bacteria in the probiotic will have a low chance of surviving. Best to be taken after a meal..esp one with healthy fats. ☺

  40. Love u Renee but wild caught is NOT sustainably sourced! It's fish taken from their wild habitat vs. farm raised which is more sustainable.
