“The Health Film That Health Organizations Don’t Want You To See”, this film follows Kip Andersen as he interviews physicians and other individuals regarding diet and health. Andersen is also shown attempting to contact representatives of various health organizations, but comes away dissatisfied with their responses.

Through other interviews he examines the alleged connection between the meat, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries, as well as various health organizations. The synopsis is that serious health problems are a consequence of consuming meat and dairy products, and that a conspiracy exists to cover this up. Watch with an open mind.

  2. Right now the carnivore diet is on the uprise again. And people feel better on it because their digestive and immune systems are shot. Meaning plant food will cause bloating, irritation and inflammation. Most people will just get more confused while the meat industry laughs. We're still far off from a healthy society.

    That all being said. The main problem in my opinion is just people eating to many calories, period. These sedentary lifestyles require very very little calories. Yet people eat all day long. So its not only what you eat, but also how much you eat. And right now we're also discovering that when you eat also matters alot . Pretty sure intermittent fasting will help alot too. More space between meals, less snacking. Especially not eating right before bedtime….

  3. Is it a good idea to add 1 scoop of pea protein powder to your 5 – 6 meals during the day (by food, I mean lentils, vegetables, nuts and tahini paste)?

  7. What does this say about the Keto diet craze…there are people who just eat meat on a daily basis.

  8. As a former researcher, I'd like to point out the fact that most experimental evidences are based on statistical correlations. There's no absolute truth in what we have found through research so far. I don't think going absolutely vegan is the optimal solution for everybody. But at the very least, people should already realize that we are in an age of over consumption. We are basically eating more than what we need to stay healthy. I guess if we could have the motivation and awareness and determination to simply reduce the amount of meat we eat everyday, instead of totally abandoning them, we can already expect a much happier and longer life.

  9. Processed meat is bad. However in India where a sizable population is vegetarian we have 70 million diabetics & 70 million prediabetics. Carbs & sugar definitely contribute a lot too. And organic grass fed meat are infact very healthy. Dr berg says so.

  10. A lot of misconceptions, myths and misleading information that will only confuse the average person. I would advise anyone really looking to transform their health using food to explore Dr Bergs channel.

    I switched to Keto and intermittent fasting (IF) over a year ago and have not seen a doctor or taken any pharmaceutical drugs in 1yr 3months… and counting.

  12. They say the side effects of plant based is coming off medications but they don’t say how much peeing and pooping you’ll do. I guess it is healthy. People with irregular BMs would appreciate that.

  14. I was never unhealthy or overweight (in fact I was underweight) but I always became sick VERY easily and I had lots of infections and fevers/flus. I’ve been told it’s a week immune system but ever since I became a vegetarian, I’ve felt so much lighter and healthier, not to mention my decrease in the sicknesses!

  19. One of the main issues this great film forgets to mention is overpopulation. The inability to feed everyone in a natural way was one of the motives behind chemicals in our food.
    Keep making babies and complain about mean and what not being bad

  22. The only problem with veggies is the anti-nutrients. Also veggies does not cover b12. Eating only meat covers all vitamins and minerals and the body is more able to use the nutrients in the meat. Check out the facts yourself if you do not believe it.

  27. At this point in the championship of my life, i came to the conclusion that it is not just the diet that is carcinogenic, but the lifestyle as a whole. Cigarette, drink, lack of exercise, lack of fasting, too much junk food, too much stress, lack of meditation…
