  1. This video has changed my life. I started just a little over a month ago. It took me a week to make it from start to finish in 1 session. I would start from the beginning every morning and ever night. I got inspired and changed my diet. By week two, I was able to do the full video twice a day. I went from 126 to 111 lbs. I am healthier and stronger than I have ever been at 33 years old. I have friends coming over to share the video and start their journey too. I can touch my toes and I am beginning to see definition in my arms and abs. Thank you Adrienne, for making me a healthier mom, wife, and dental hygienist.

  2. I'm just getting started in my yoga journey and I realized three things. 1) I have poor neck strength. 2) I have a tendency to not tune in and keep every part of my body in check and working, courtesy of traditional strength training, so yoga is going to be good for me in increasing mindfulness of my body. 3) This was humbling because it was more difficult for me, someone with a strength training background, to do, my body wanted to cheat each position even if it was simple, it was not easy, my whole body was shaking at points. I love this and hope to grow more into yoga.

  5. I’ve been trying to get to the end of this video for two weeks now but I always end up dead by the 16 minute mark. Tonight, though, is the night I finish it I swear!

  9. Goodness gracious me, I consider myself pretty strong and fit (love circuits and lifting!!), thought I'd do a bit of 'easier' movement as part as rest day…HOW WRONG I WAS.

    LORD ABOVE IT BURNS…I need another rest day!!!!

  10. This has been the best workout of my life so far. I have always felt drawn to yoga but i never really answered that call !! I cried and laughed and called Adriene a crazy lady, but it is the first time ever i feel so calm and positively tired after a workout. I'm brewing some verbena while writting this and feeling like an all natural godess hahah! Cheers to you Adriene!!

  12. I freaking love her commentary. SIMBA and The Circle of Life hahhaha She snorted hhahhaha Mission Impossible hhahahha. For me, the hardest part was trying to watch the screen and do the exercises at the same time. I'm 60 and recently lost 30 pounds. Want to lose 20 more so searched yoga weight loss and found this. First time and I made it through the whole thing. If I can do it so can you! Thanks Adriene. You have a new fan.

  16. I know this is from a long time ago, but i just wanted to ask something… When i do the simba or the positions similar to that, my the back of my neck kinda hurts. Is there any ways to prevent that from happening?

  22. Thank you Adriene! I usually do your brand new videos but thought I needed some weight loss inspiration and 'oh boy' that was the toughest video I have done by you! I will need to do this again and again so I don't need to pause the video throughout. Time usually moves so quickly in our lives, but this video made it slow down, but I appreciate it immensely even though it was so challenging. Namaste Adriene! Have a lovely day.

  23. Please stop talking/narrating through!! You describe every step like it's a beginner class and we've never done yoga before. The talking breaks concentration, especially when you say "or you can do this…." through every posture, which requires looking at the screen! The jokes, random tangents and constant talking is why I have searched for other instructors. But this is great for beginners!

  24. Why does my neck seem to be the weakest muscle? Lol
